Abandonment and Storage Fee Policy

Willow Glen Auto Electric will begin charging storage fees 15 days after work has been completed on the vehicle or from last billed date. If the vehicle is abandoned, storage fees will begin after the vehicle is left in our possession after more than 72 hours.

If a customer chooses to leave their vehicle on site for inspection & assessment, storage fees will begin after accruing after 72 hours if the customer does not contact Willow Glen Auto Electric about assessed work. This timeframe can be changed to a later date per management’s approval & in writing.

Upon leaving a vehicle, Willow Glen Auto Electric will request for the customer to leave contact information including address & phone number. If that information changes it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Willow Glen Auto Electric immediately.

Willow Glen Auto Electric storage fees are $85 per day.
